Toronto
Located on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario,
Toronto is the provincial capital of the Ontario, and the largest city
in the whole of Canada. The city, which is usually considered
Canada's economic capital is an important center of business, media,
and telecommunications, as well as home to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As of
2006,
Toronto had a population of 5,113,149, with a total of 5,555,912 people living in the
Greater Toronto area.
